Circinus

This is a photo of me presenting the octree system in the engine at Roc Game Dev. This project was particularly difficult given the large size of the team and the limited amount of time. However, with the correct scope and efficient team members, it was finished on time. It was a very rewarding experience.

Circinus is an open source 3D game engine using DirectX 11 Rendering. The initial project was a simple DirectX program before being adapted to the current engine. The engine was created in 16 weeks for the class 'IGME.750.01 - Game Engine Design and Development' at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Spring 2017. The project is no longer actively maintained but source code is available for reference and free use.
